This is a design agreement for the purchase of a cabinet design at the basic design fee price of $250.00. A Waverly Cabinets Design Professional will enter the measurements and cabinets in the design program to provide you with the following.

What's Included

Included with a basic design is a complete cabinet design for any room of your choice, a photo-realistic rendering of the room, and an itemized price list.

Limits

The basic design is limited to one room, one cabinet manufacturer and one design concept. Minor revisions are included (ex: adding a trash, drawer base, or island).

Changes and Add-Ons

For any major revisions to the Basic Design, we will add $100.00 per major revision. A major revision will include pricing the same design from a different manufacturer and moving any major appliance to a different wall.

Additional Rooms

Any rooms added to the work are designed with 4 or more cabinets. Add $25 per room. Standard paperwork will follow.

Deliverables

The standard paperwork includes three 3D renderings, a floorplan with elevations, and an itemized price list.

The customer will then use this information to verify measurements and make final decisions on the design (including functionality, aesthetic and cost) to finalize their purchase.

All fees must be paid before any work begins. Proper measurements, appliance model numbers, and detailed room pictures must be provided before any design work can begin. Once you receive the design and accompanying paperwork, you have the following options.

Make your Purchase from Waverly Cabinets

Notify your designer that you want to move forward to finalize within five days of receiving your quote. We will provide the paperwork required for ordering. All paperwork must be signed, and payment made in full within the next five business days.

You must then sign and make your full payment within 5 business days of receiving your finalized paperwork. Any design fees, add-ons, or additional rooms paid for will be applied to the purchase price of that specific room and that manufacturer, if ordered. Designs, add-ons, rooms, or major revisions purchased but not ordered will not be eligible for a refund.

The total purchase must be at least $2500.00 before freight and taxes.

An additional BONUS credit equal to only the basic design fee paid, 250.00, will be discounted from the final price if the order is over $5250.00 before deduction for the additional BONUS credit of $250.00. No other fees will be allowed against the purchase.

Continue to shop or consult with project decision makers for purchase and notify us within 5 Business days to purchase and still receive full credit for the basic design fee paid of $250.00 for up to 6 months. The additional BONUS $250.00 credit will not apply. Waverly Cabinets will finalize the plan and coordinate with the homeowner before ordering the cabinets. The price will go up or down depending on the need for revisions to the design or a change in door style or manufacturer.

This is a nonrefundable purchase of a design and can only be applied against a purchase made at Waverly Cabinets. The purchase must be at least $2500.00 before freight and taxes.

The BONUS credit is only issued on an order equal to or greater than 5250.00 before freight and taxes. The BONUS credit is only applied to orders within the five-day requirement. Any other order must be finalized, signed, and paid within 6 months of the date of this agreement to receive the Design Fee credit.

A decision maker is a person (other than yourself) that is authorized to approve designs and request major or minor changes on your behalf.
