From time to time, cabinets get damaged or go missing during the shipping process. Fill out this simple form to get the process started on replacements or fixes. Please take a picture of each cabinet that clearly shows the damaged / defective part. Labeling pictures with the part number (SKU) in the picture or filename will help us service your request faster and more accurately.

At the time of shipping, you would have marked which cabinets as damaged on the “Bill of Lading”. To get the replacement parts you need to correct the damage, you must open the package, separate and examine the parts. Make a list of items to be replaced with the SKU number and the item that will need to be replaced (ie: Shelf for a AW-B15). Once you have your list, take 2 or 3 pictures of the part that need to be replaced that clearing shows the damage or flaw. If it is in the opinion of the manufacturer /vendor that replacing the entire cabinet is the best option, the manufacturer /vendor will advise us if that is the solution.

All replacements are at the discretion of the manufacturer /vendor. Other than legitimate “Warranty Claims” additional cabinets, trim or parts can only be ordered at the buyers expense once paid in full.
