Need a part? Rather than doing the hard work yourself, contact our friendly staff about the Parts Program! All you have to do is:

  • Read about our parts program
  • Pay the fee
  • Provide your information
  • Get a quote
  • Enjoy a hassle-free experiene

We collect a non-refundable $25 for the first part, and $10 for each additional part before moving forward with a quote. This quote fee will not be applied to the final purchase price or refunded for any reason. Parts can cost between $50 to $250 each plus shipping charges. Drawer fronts and drawer boxes are less expensive. Slides and hinges vary, but are relatively lower in cost.

Once the fee is paid, we will check the stock, verify the part numbers, and then send you a formal quote. The final price includes the cost of the part and any shipping fees.

The quote fee will not be refunded.

Why do you charge a fee?

Our staff works hard to locate the replacement part, verify that it will fit your unit, and works with the manufacturer to deliver it to you hassle-free.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost will depend on several factors:

  • The number of parts that were ordered
  • The size of the parts
  • Availability of the parts

The shipping cost is set by the shipping company, not by the manufacturer or Waverly Cabinets.

Can I get a discount on parts?

The price of the replacement part is set by the manufacturer, not Waverly Cabinets. The price that you pay is what is charged by the manufacturer to locate or manufacture the part needed. We’re not able to offer discount on replacement parts.

When can I expect to receive the part?

The lead time and shipping time for a replacement part depends on the number of parts ordered and the part itself. For an example, a replacement part for a custom cabinet will take longer to arrive than parts for an RTA cabinet.
