Waverly Cabinets Parts Program Request Form

I understand that Waverly Cabinets will collect a fee of $25 for the first part and $10 for each additional part (plus applicable tax) requested before moving forward with a formal quote. I understand that this fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the balance of the part(s) purchased and will not be returned under any circumstances.

I understand that the Waverly Cabinets Parts Program is offered as a courtesy to our customers and is not typically offered by cabinetry dealers. Waverly Cabinets will check stock on the requested parts and prepare an Estimate if parts are available.

I understand that spare parts are typically not available to be fulfilled, and that when available lead times are often very long. I understand that the color, finish, details, or measurements of fulfilled parts orders may not exactly match my existing cabinets or molding.

We collect a non-refundable $25 for the first part, and $10 for each additional part before moving forward with a quote. This quote fee will not be applied to the final purchase price or refunded for any reason. Parts can cost between $50 to $250 each plus shipping charges. Drawer fronts and drawer boxes are less expensive. Slides and hinges vary, but are relatively lower in cost.

Once the fee is paid, we will check the stock, verify the part numbers, and then send you a formal quote. The final price includes the cost of the part and any shipping fees.

The quote fee will not be refunded.

Why do you charge a fee?

Our staff must locate the replacement parts, verify that it will fit your unit, and work with the manufacturer to deliver it to you hassle-free. This process takes time and effort.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost will depend on several factors: number of parts ordered, size of the parts, and availability of the parts.

The shipping cost is set by the shipping company, not by the manufacturer or Waverly Cabinets.

Can I get a discount on parts?

No, we’re not able to offer discounts. The price of the replacement part is set by the manufacturer. The price that you pay is what is charged by the manufacturer to locate or manufacture the part needed.

When can I expect to receive my parts?

The lead time and shipping time for a replacement part depends on the number of parts ordered and the part itself. For an example, a replacement part for a custom cabinet will take longer to arrive than parts for an RTA cabinet. We request that you allow 5 to 7 business days to receive a reply.
