After the Change

We improved the customer dashboard with a user-friendly tracking slider and crucial order information. You can still see your order details, billing address, and shipping address. Click on the image to see greater detail.

Now, you can track your order without leaving your customer dashboard. Our contact information and email link is available directly on the page.

The Order Stages Explained

The order tracker neatly outlines the 6 stages of our order process. Each stage presents different information that is crucial to your order. The 6 stages are as follows: Pending, Reviewing, Confirming, Released, In Transit, and Recieved.

Pending

When you submit an order to us, it is automatically set to pending. Here is a preview of what you can expect to read at this stage of your order:

At this stage, you’re in the queue to pass into the review stage. During business hours, you can expect to see progress the same day. After business hours, you can expect to see progress the next day.

Reviewing

Our expert staff double checks every order for potential issues with design and compatibility. This is what we mean by “reviewing,” and you can expect to see this message:

If we discover an issue with your order, we’ll first send an email and, if we receive no response, we’ll call you at the phone number you provided. If your order is good to go, you’ll be passed to the next stage.

Confirming

At this stage, your order is submitted to our distribution center. The staff will check that your items are in stock and ready to ship. Here is the message you can expect to see:

In the unlikely event of a back-ordered item, our team will reach out to you to discuss available fulfillment options or product substitutions.

Released

During this stage, logistics is working to prepare your order for shipment. Here is what you can expect to see during this stage:

In Transit

At this stage, your order has been prepared, loaded, and it’s headed to you. The message on your dashboard is longer, but the information is important:

Received

At this stage, your order has been delivered. Here is what you can expect to see on the order page:

We still deliver important informatoin to you via the order dashboard. If you have an issue with your order, or need to return a sample, the information is readily available.

Where do I find my orders?

In the main menu, the second to last link will take you to your customer dashboard. Here is where you can find it:

The link you need to find is highlighted in the image. Instead of my name, you’ll see your own name followed by the word “Account.” Clicking the image above will also take you to the customer dashboard. However, you must be logged in to see it.

Once you’re on the dashboard, you’ll see a sidebar on the right-hand side. Orders will be the second link. Here is what you should see:

Where is my tracking number?

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order up until it’s released to logistics. However, you would have to reach out to our customer care team to make those changes.
