Occasionally, cabinets may be damaged or go missing during shipping. To begin the replacement or repair process, follow the guidelines below and complete the form:

1. Document the Damage

• Take clear photos of each damaged or defective cabinet or part.
• Ensure the damage is clearly visible.
• Label each photo with the part number (SKU), either in the image itself or in the filename. This helps us process your claim faster and more accurately.

2. Verify Shipping Record

• At the time of delivery, any damaged items should have been noted on the Bill of Lading.

3. Inspect and Identify Parts

• Open all packages and carefully inspect the contents.
• Separate and examine each component.
• Create a list of all damaged or missing items, including:
  • SKU number
  • Specific part needing replacement (example: “Shelf for AW-B15”)

4. Submit Photos

• Provide 2–3 photos for each damaged part, clearly showing the issue.

5. Replacement Determination

• In some cases, the manufacturer/vendor may determine that replacing the entire cabinet is the best solution.
• All replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/vendor.

6. Additional Orders

• Any items outside of approved warranty claims (additional cabinets, trim, or parts) must be purchased by the buyer and paid in full.
